TERMS OF SALE EXCHANGE AND RETURNS
The REY DE MISERICORDIA ONLINE STORE (KING OF MERCY ONLINE STORE) guarantees Customers the possibility of canceling their order at any time and without paying any cost, provided that the cancellation is communicated before the order has been made available to the carrier for shipment. Otherwise, you must wait to receive the order to process your return.
In accordance with the provisions of Law 3/2014, of March 27, the client will have a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the shipment. The Client will notify LA TIENDA REY DE MISERICORDIA within the aforementioned term and by any means admitted by law, his desire to exercise the right to terminate the contract.
The returned order must be delivered together with the delivery note and, where appropriate, the invoice issued by THE KING OF MERCY STORE, with the Customer paying the return costs. The Customer may return any item purchased from LA TIENDA REY DE MISERICORDIA as long as the products keep their seal or original packaging and the manuals, accessories or promotional gifts included, if not, otherwise the good will suffer a depreciation. The Customer will only be responsible for the decrease in value of the goods resulting from handling them other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics or operation.
If a product other than the one requested by the client was delivered by mistake from LA TIENDA REY DE MISERICORDIA, the correct product will be delivered, collecting the first one, without any additional charge for the Client.
If a product has reached the customer broken, damaged or in poor condition, THE KING OF MERCY STORE will take charge of picking it up at his home or receiving it for a refund, replacing it with another in good condition, without additional charges.

TRANSPORT AND SHIPPING
Orders are sent to the delivery address indicated by the client, within a period of 24/48 hours (when the requested products are available in the Store) for deliveries in the Iberian Peninsula and a maximum period of 72 hours for islands ( as of the availability of all products). The KING OF MERCY STORE sends orders to its customers through express transport companies and from the national post office. The delivery date at the Customer’s address depends on the delivery area. However, these deadlines may vary depending on the specific circumstances of each order. In particular, transport times can be altered by extraordinary incidents in the carrier and by difficulties in the delivery of the merchandise. In any case, if the Customer does not receive the order within the maximum legal term of 30 days from the purchase, they can contact the KING OF MERCY STORE through the Contact section of this website.
REFUND OF MONEY
As indicated by Law 3/2014, of March 27, which modifies the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of Nov. 16. In accordance with the provisions of Article 108 of the Law on Obligations and Responsibility of the Consumer and User in case of withdrawal, the REY DE MISERICORDIA online store will have a maximum period of 14 days to return the money, making the return to the account of the customer through the payment method used during the purchase.
